Pine Spring Ranch Subdivision is located 8 miles east of Bayfield in La Plata County Colorado just north of Highway 160 on Beaver Meadows Road. We are a covenant community in a beautiful secluded valley with 5-10 acre lots surrounded by the San Juan National Forest .
